I had very good experience with this store. I went to store to return my sunglasses to Ray Ban online store. Hailey helped me explained about printing label, boxing and other costs. She was very respectful and helpful.

I always drive out of my way to this location whenever I have packages or mail. I happened to stop in today during a crazy rush while the two employees on register had a line out the door. I wanted to note that even thought there was at least 10 people in front of me in line, I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. This crew is so fantastic and super efficient! I won't take my business anywhere else.

This location is the only UPS store that I will go to. It has the best employees. I never have to wait long. Been coming here for 7+ years, shipped 1000s of packages, and never had an issue.

just wanted to say that the crew at this location on hwy 100 in West Allis is great. Since I've worked in the customer service the group does a great job answering my questions.

I had some last minute packages to ship before the holiday and had no choice but to come in at closing and the associate stayed an extra 30 minutes after store hours to get all of my shipments processed, I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I stopped in to return an Amazon package and was greeted by Haley. She met me at the register with a huge smile and very positive attitude!! Her and her aura made me feel so at home at this store! There was not one person in the store that made me feel unwelcome. Definitely will be coming back!!!!

After running around to multiple AT&T stores to try and return my old internet equipment, I was referred to the UPS Store after calling and finding out they accept it. Haley greeted me and helped to make sure the devices were returned properly. She made sure to give me a receipt with proof of return and explain the whole process to me. I appreciate her help immensely after all the back and forth I dealt with. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

Came in on July 3 with a package that needed to get out ASAP. Both employees that were there were extremely helpful and friendly!!! Thanks for starting my holiday weekend off on the right foot! Definitely will use the store again!!!
