The staff is so awesome there. Very efficient and friendly. I will need to catch some names next time I’m there & revise this review. When doing an Amazon return I always hope the UPS Store will pop up as an option. So fast and easy.

I have gone to this store for years and will continue to do so. I was there yesterday and the staff was super attentive, friendly and helpful. They are customer focused and I would recommend this store to anyone needing something sent UPS. Thanks Jordan for making my experience excellent yesterday!

WOW. I have never had such a positive experience at any other UPS Store I’ve ever been to. Haley processed my Amazon return so quickly and efficiently, I was honestly shocked. And she was friendly!!! The store is clean and organized. I’m SO impressed!!!!!!

I go to this UPS store very often to return items to Amazon. Everyone is very nice. If there is a line, they move quickly. There is good teamwork there and an overall atmosphere of friendliness.

Amazing customer service, right when i walked in everyone greeted me, lili helped me out shipping some boxes and she was amazing, she made the whole process really easy, the place is really clean and well maintained.

Absolutely awful company, customer service is terrible. I wish I could only use FedEx or USPS, I never have any problems with them, only UPS.

I’ve have not had good experiences with a certain staff member who was abrupt and rude, sorry to say. He was somewhat condescending made my trip there very unpleasant several times.

Manager was rude, overpriced establishment . Do not have them print your return label , what they charge is enough to get 3 packs of printer paper at Walmart.
