Worst experience I've ever had at a post office. All workers are incredibly rude and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the worker at the front lied and said she was busy because she knew her behavior would be reported. If I could give zero stars I would.

Closes early. Won't take phone calls (says they are closed during open business hours on the voicemail message).Won't pick up packages when scheduled.

Worst service ever. Management needs to do better. Very racist towards my hispanic dad telling him he needs to learn english. They should be embarrassed of the people they have working there.

I went here for help with a passport renewal. Had all the documents ready for them by researching everything online first-- They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the process and applying through the mail. The man at the counter was really great and only slightly snarky (in a good way). Would recommend.

Zero star for Cindy Nowak, customer service supervisor at the Greenfield branch at 7440 W Greenfield Ave, Milwaukee. I submitted a help request online about a missing package, and the case was marked as "resolved" by Cindy Nowak. When I called her about the case, she told me, very impatiently, that the package was "never here". Then I asked her why I received an email from her about the "solved case", she hung up on me. She was very rude and never let me finish my sentences.A previous review described a female manager having “0 manners and 0 respect”. That woman must be Cindy Nowak. The review says: “Instead of being helpful, patient, and polite, she was harsh, spoke down on me, and did so in a louder voice in order for the other people in line to hear.” That’s exactly what I experienced except that luckily, I didn’t have to be embarrassed by her since it’s a phone call. Like the reviewer said, Cindy Nowak needs training in customer service and good manners.

OK, so the location is a bit shady...And the building doesn't look like a post office from across the street. I almost doubted google maps for bringing me here when I searched for the nearest post office.The building is old and raggedy, and the inside looks like it could really use some dusting.But, customer service was top notch for me.I don't usually expect good customer service at post offices.And no, this wasn't the kind of service with a friendly smile and how can I help you. It was more of a, "next! Do you need stamps?" kind of service. But I get that at every post office I've been to. So kind of expected.But, the lady working with me was very efficient, and helped me save some bucks by trying out a different box when I didn't ask for any of that. It was very kind. I respect that.

As a box holder I waited for 25 minutes in line just to pick up an oversized delivery.As my turn finally came, the customer service person closed his window and walked away. A half hour wasted with nothing to show for it. Horrible service!

The worst service ever service I had a stroke and I can not see from a backlit monitor, so I told her I couldn't see it, and then she said. If you can't read, then you can't mail mail, that's funny.

Posted hours of operation state that the post office is open until 1:30PM on Saturday. I arrived around 1:10PM and the doors were locked. Another customer arrived along with me, knocked on the door, and the postal workers began laughing and ignored us. When I left, another customer had arrived who was also ignored. I'm not sure if the custom is to stop desk service earlier or if the postal worker are just lazy, but I'm inclined to believe the later based on their treatment of the customers.

Just plain rude you can't even put the track number to check info and saying oh we can't do that than what is the point of you working there.
