Always pleasant and efficient. Sometimes a wait but the people at the counter don’t control staffing levels or people coming in with out of the ordinary requests that are time consuming.

Get your customer service reps in check that are answering the phones. If they clearly aren't fit for managing phone calls, remove them from that job.

Went in to see if the package was at the office or in the truck told the employee I have a tracking number and was texted that it couldn’t be delivered due to it needing a signature. All the employee did was refuse to look it up stated we don’t text it’s a scam odd seeing as the postal website gives you the ability to sign up for text messages…now I have to waste more time going back with the tag to see if it’s even there all because the employees don’t even know there own systems

Dar helped me track down a package that was sent to the wrong address. She went above and beyond to help me get my package. She was super friendly and so very helpful! Made my day, I am so grateful! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return if any further issues arise. Phenomenal service!! Thank you Dar!

These people are unreliable. They ruined my Elderly Mother’s Day gift by lying about the entry way being inaccessible. My Mother lives in an Apartment Building. The Door is never locked that leads to the Hallway where the Mailbox is. I gave no special instructions to not leave if no one answers the doorbell therefore it should have been left right where we requested it to be delivered. I’ve had packages not even show up in the past from USPS. Other Carriers are much more reliable.

It's a Saturday and there's ONE clerk. 8 people in front of me and 6 behind me. The clerk is helping a person with a passport and there are other employees in the back busy trash talking about people they've delivered packages to. Loudly. An employee has popped up to look at the line & went back without helping. 26 minutes

I would give this location five stars, I go here all the time and Patty and Ashanti are awesome! It's just the short blond haired lady with glasses that is super condescending.

Wish they would have multiple pick up times at the drop box. Always full in morning by 11 am.

Twice in a row (a few months apart) I attempted to go to this location during the posted business hours only to find an empty lobby. Rang the buzzer for service multiple times with no answer each time. Peoples packages were piled up, completely unattended. If I had the option to go to another location I would, but this is where my mail has been delivered. I understand people are understaffed, but it’d be helpful to at least update the posted business hours online or in person.

There’s no one here! Doors are open but not a single person. Second time this has happened too! Someone needs to get there but canned
