This was my first and last visit to this Walgreens for a vaccination. While the male pharmacy staff member was polite, the pharmacist, Jessica M., showed alarming incompetence. She called me by another patient’s name — twice — and appeared completely unsure of my identity, even after being corrected. In a medical setting, that kind of error is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.
Despite noting a latex allergy on my consent form, she couldn’t confirm whether her gloves or the bandage she used were latex-free. This level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail raises serious safety concerns. Walgreens should review this location’s vaccination procedures immediately.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. The one girl won't say hello, won't look you in the eye, talks to people as if they're stupid and she's better than everyone else. I put up with it for the first year because the store is within walking distance and I don't drive but today I called her out on being rude. She rolled her eyes at me and got the pharmacist, Jessica. I started to explain the problem and she banned me from the store for swearing. She didn't give me my medication which I had already paid for (she said I hadn't but the charge had gone through) and just said she wouldn't give me my medication anymore. Some of it I might die without. I hope she loses her pharmacy license because she should.

The management team at this Walgreens is beyond terrible. Corporate needs to pay attention to these reviews and send someone to check out this location something shady is definitely going on. Every team member always seems sour, and the manager and supervisor are just unprofessional. I’m giving them one star, and I hope Walgreens actually listens to its customers. I was always told the customer is always right.

Well I don't know what these guy was saying I shop there and get all my prescriptions there and he said someone see me do something I don't know what he was talking about I'm calling a lawyer I didn't even get what I was supposed to there is someone that doesn't like me and won't help me at all I'm 57 years old and she thinks she's the manager and she's not.

Not sure why a business as big as Walgreens wouldn’t have a public restroom? Is this a normal thing because I have never been in one that refused me the restroom. Why have a big restrooms sign visible to sales floor if not going to allow its use - I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. ?

1 hour and 6 minutes to get two prescriptions. Are you kidding me? And don’t get me started on most of their attitudes.
