Went in November 13th to order a battery for my phone. Over a month later, I went in to see why it was taking so long to come in, since they told me it was coming from Chicago. They had to "reorder it" because "someone" messed up". Battery finally comes in and I dropped my phone off on Saturday December 18th. Was told it would take a couple hours. 3 hours later was told they couldn't do the repair and it would have to be shipped to their repair facility and it would take 3 days. 6 days later I get a call saying that it was finished(Dec. 24th). Went to finally get my phone and was told they couldn't replace the battery and they didn't even ship it out. Was in the store the whole time. I literally wasted over a months time that I could've used to find someone else to do the repair. Horrible communication, substandard service. I wouldn't recommend them to replace the batteries in my TV remote.

Wow!! 5-star service. Great to see people actually still engaged and working. Dave was world class today and helped get us a new battery in our car. He managed to help 2 other clients and take a phone call all in about a 20 minute visit. Super friendly and amazing selection. They take care of all things battery, phone and keys! Get the lifetime deals too. Worth it. Thank you Dave and team!

Service is a little slower when they have some sort of deal like free battery testing. The repair techs are a little variable, but one time I got this guy who figured out how to change the battery on this really peculiar desk clock I have. On the other hand, I've had less than satisfactory results on my Fiat key fob battery, but it might be the key fob not the technician. I've been in here and they've done a good quick job with replacing watch batteries, and once in a while they just can't do it. You should know I'm bringing in very cheap watches (I'm into quantity over quality when it comes to wristwatches) so it's really not all their fault. Be aware of what things cost, I come in for some repair work, but then pick up an overpriced flashlight or light bulb when I come in. That's also on me, of course. Although these are franchises, I think overall they are okay.

I never leave reviews but feel this needs to be pointed out to the managers at batteries plus. I've bought at least 5-10 batteries over the years from this place, today the installer couldn't even find the battery in my vehicle. Now if you can't locate a battery there's no way I want you working on any of my vehicles. This makes me wounded just what short cuts have been done on previous cars I've taken there. The manager should be held accountable for this error on a battery store. I mean it's basically what they do. I'm only giving two stars because when I went there before they seemed to know what they were doing, and I haven't had a problem since, but this time was such a waist of my time.....

Second time scheduling a replacement battery on an IPhone and this time everything went great. Scheduled online, dropped it off and it was ready in 45 minutes. They did not use an Apple battery but the Rayovac replacement brought the phone back to peak performance. Comes with a 6 month warranty as well.

My iPhone XS Max lcd screen went out so I called the store on 07/19/2020 around 3:40 pm and spoke with associate Juan. I asked him what the repair cost would be and he stated $189 plus tax but I would have to come the next day because the person who repairs the phones has left for the day. Following day 07/20/2020 I go to the store and was told that the price is $289. I was extremely upset because I don’t live in the area. Juan was not working at the time but I explained the situation to another associate and was only offered $10 off. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he doesn’t come into until later so I asked for him to be called. I was told by the associate that they could only take $20 off and the associate Juan doesn’t know the price of the repairs because he doesn’t do phone repairs. Well obviously he works for a company that does phone repairs and give me a price so obviously he knew something. The associate was rude and instead of taking responsibility for the error on there end kept making excuses. Big waste of time.

I brought my iPhone in to replace the cracked screen and in all other aspects the phone was functioning properly. The repair was made and the phone appeared to be working properly.

Blake is awesome. Apple couldn’t help. My cell phone company couldn’t help. UNBREAKIFIX couldn’t help but Blake fixed my IPhone fast and I was on my way again.

Repair took an hour (there was only one service rep. in the store at 9 AM, and he was handling repairs, phone calls, and other customers himself), so I left my phone there and ran some errands -- came back and everything was completed. Service rep. was very apologetic about the service delay -- but it was no problem, and still way faster than the Apple Store! Phone works great again. Very professional service even when the representative could have been flustered.
