I’ve been going to Susie’s class for a few years now. The breathing techniques have been so valuable during health issues, even when just trying different things calmed my mind. I really miss my classmates right now. What a nice group of people!

Yoga is Served is one of the best additions to my life this year. The environment is welcoming, non-judgmental and a place to become physically as well as mentally strong. I personally love the Strong Yogis class on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings- it’s an incredible cardio work-out that keeps me mentally on-point. I’m still feeling the endorphins from last night’s class! Forever grateful for this community.

My husband and I did the 5:30pm yoga class tonight and loved it. My body felt so much more relaxed. This was the perfect beginner class. The instructor was fantastic. A completely non-judgemental atmosphere and a lot of fun.
