If you are looking for a small fitness gym with an incredible fitness leader... Try AIMS fitness. Jen is an awesome instructor, her class member very encouraging and welcoming. She also has specially classes like the new Rock Steady for those with Parkinson's.

I attended a self defense class here, the atmosphere is great. The fitness instructor Jen is amazing. She is always going above and beyond to reach her goals and help others as well.

About AIMS Fitness LLC
We offer specialized programming, classes , and sessions for the older adult and those diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Our mission is to assist older adults and those diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease to better health, happiness and quality of life through movement.
We offer small semi-private group fitness strength class designed to work on the core movement patterns. We also offer private training to work with individuals on specific goals. We also offer Rock Steady Boxing classes for those specifically diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.
