A $20 late fee... really? For 5 days late? Do you want me to stay as a customer? I have been a long time customer (over 10 years) and never in any danger of missing rentals. The big business approach from the previous owners is getting tough to swallow.

Been here 9 years!! Nice units. Changed owners 3 times since I been there, the most recent ones, about 5 months ago, and they just seem money hungry to me!! Looking to get out!!
