“The store always helps me out when I have vacuum problems. In 2 minutes the technician found the problem and instead of encouraging me to buy a new vacuum, he split a package of two belts into one. When I need a new vacuum, this is the man to whom I will come. A few years ago I had an oreck handheld for which I needed a new hose. Not only did I get a new hose but a much longer and durable one than originally had come on the machine. I can't say enough good about this business.”
