We have worked closely with Glenn Strozewski over the past few months. He has been incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and unbelievably communicative. I would highly recommend his services for any banking, loan, or mortgage officer needs. He deserves high praise and we have never had a bad experience at this Associated Bank location.

Your hours say you are open until 6pm today and it is 5:01pm and you are closed. Please update your hours. Also I have tried to update my address multiple times and you will not do it. You said we both need to be present which we did already and you still haven’t updated it. I don’t want him to have to take off of work to come have you do this.

Poor customer service...The teller on duty at 1000 had an attitude with me .. for trying to withdraw my paycheck.. it wasn't pending and it was available for withdrawal ... I had to drive to the associated Mequon branch to withdraw my paycheck...Mrs. Bank lady needs a be reminded to treat others how you would like to be treated... I would recommend an in-service or reeducation on how to treat customers to this employee... I (the customer) am your business.. and I will no longer be banking at Associated.

Never got my tax check. Needed some help. Definitely not Bank Mutual anymore. I was met with a lot of we can’t do that’s. Left with a bad taste in my mouth.

This location has Friendly staff. And free suckers. I've been at the branch for about a year and never had any issues.
