This place has the worst customer service. We drove over an hour to get there for a Samsung mfg warranty issue. Mind you we were told to go there right from Samsung. Very unprofessional. The guy said they will look at it. It might take 3 hours and will call when finished. We waited three and a half hours. Get to the store the guy says oh yeh we can't fix it!!. Waste of our time. He never called us, I guess he forgot!!He tells us call Samsung. We ask for the number, he says well I don't know. Try 800-Samsung. Well Samsung gave us their number. Just ridicules and unprofessional.Worst customer service ever!!!!!!

They did a great job replacing my phone screen, but they used my Google account without my permission to leave a 5-star review stating, "Great service". 3 stars for that. This makes me wonder what else they were doing on my phone.

I’ve never left a bad review before, and even now am hesitating to do so because I also work in customer service and know how hard it can be…but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Called several weeks ago for a price quote for a battery and a rear camera repair on 2 iPhones. The price was super reasonable and I was told they’d give me $50 off for getting both phones repaired there. So my husband took his in to have them look at what parts they might need for the rear camera repair, they ordered it and said it would be in the following week. The price they quoted was different than when I had called originally. Nobody ever called, so I finally called and was told the part had “just come in”. I took the phones two days later, and was given a totally different price than both other times we had gotten price quotes when I dropped them off. I went to pick them back up later the same day, and the price I paid was again different than any of the quotes I was given (but it worked out in my favor so I wasn’t gonna say anything) took the phones back home only to find that my husband’s camera was the same as it was - it worked but the images were blurred. I called to complain and the guy I spoke with said that just replacing the lens wouldn’t correct the issue. But remember we had ordered the back camera kit the week before and we were told it was there. When I questioned the man about that, he said, “oh yeah we do have one here” he said there was nothing they could do even though they had installed the wrong part.So the next week my husband took his phone in again to complain, and he was told that the part hadn’t ever even actually arrived yet - even though I had been told twice it was there. He said it looked like it would be there the next day and they’d call when it was in.So two days later nobody had called so I called again to complain. I spoke with the same guy my husband had, who said the part was now there and said he didn’t know why the other guy had installed a lens rather than the whole camera because he had even done a work order for this. He said they’d install the camera for free because it was their fault.I took the phone back again on Monday, the guy said he’d call the manager and double check that they’d do it for free. I had been told it would take an hour, this guy said they’d probably need it overnight (keep in mind I was dropping it off at 11:30 am) I called later in the day to check on the progress and he said that we were “good to go” on the no charge installation but that they’d need it overnight. So the next day I called at noon and he said it was almost done and they’d call when it was complete. 10 minutes later I get a call from them from a “manager” (a different one than had said they’d do the repair for free) who said because it’s an expensive part the best they’d be able to do was half off. I get it, but I had been told 2x that they’d be doing it for free and it was their fault entirely. He said that the other guy was just an “assistant” and didn’t really know “the policies” at this point we were ready to just be done with them so whatever. In the end here we are having paid $100 more than we were originally quoted and we went through a huge run around. Nobody there knows how to communicate with each other apparently nor do they know how to quote prices since every single person gave a different price. Would give 0/5 stars if I could!!

Garbage. Schedule appt online for repair, go for repair, they don't have the replacement screen in stock. Scheduling system asked what phone, what repair, and went ahead scheduled, why are you not prepared for said repair? What is the point in even asking what phone/what repair then? Call and speak with a person this time, ask them to make sure they have the parts so I can schedule another appt. They want me to come back again so they can inspect and order parts? I was just there!!! This was for a phone outside my insurance plan. So irritated with their process, I cancelled Asurion insurance on 2 phones. I would rather pay Batteries Plus in full for any future repairs instead of waste my time with Asurion's process designed to waste my time.

My phone fell and cracked the screen on a Saturday afternoon. The guys were super helpful and fixed my screen in under 2 hours. Great experience!

I brought in a Galaxy S3 5G with broken back glass. The top back glass was broken and the bottom back glass was scratched. The top glass is where the camera lenses are located.The repair estimate was about 300% more than ordering the two pieces of glass and repair kit, but the repair could be done in a few hours so I said 'go ahead.'The sales rep asked for the cell phone's number when setting up the work order and then said he would send a text when the repair was finished. He did not ask for another phone number. When asked how I could get a text when he only had the number of the phone in for repair he seemed stumped. I did give him another number. It made no difference because I had to call the store when a text was never sent.Only the top back glass was replaced when both should have been.The single glass repair seems fine. I expect service quality is a letter of what employees are hired in any given month.

Phone screen cracked and worked for a day or 2. Screen went complety black even tho was still on and working. Made a claim thru my service provider and dropped it off this morning. Done in a few hours and they left the sticky on the back as I like to keep it on as it is a newer phone as a scratch safeguard to keep dirt and stuff off of it to keep it new looking. Plus they put on the new screen protector on for me so I did not have to.Thank you.. as I am Heather from today

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dropping my iPhone 12 and shattering the screen. However, thanks to Ubreakifix, my worries were quickly alleviated by their exceptional repair service.

Worst customer service. Brought phone in Sunday, pictured below screen needed repair. Should have been a simple repair. Guaranteed to only take 1-2 hours. Woman there was running around like a chicken with her head cut off, said her credentials weren't working, so we needed to come back tomorrow. It would be fixed and ready to go by noon. 11:30a Monday, called she said they just started repair, couldn't guarantee but should be done no later than 3pm. So I drove out and was there at 3:30p. Now she said the other person didn't show up and she was swamped. She was the ONLY person there. I ended up waiting around for 4 hours while she"tried to get her credentials pushed through". Then she sent me home. Monday, called at 11:30a come to find out the repair never even got started! They then said they had hoped they could have it repaired by the end of the day. I needed it before then, he said he hoped it would be done before that & to call later. I called about 2:30p. Said it had another 1-2 hours left for repair. Originally told it would take 1-2 hours by claims team on the phone, now this is day 3.Drove out AGAIN- this is an HOUR drive ONE WAY for me! But I needed the phone back. Got there. The gentleman was very nice, said it would only be about 5 more minutes. They were swamped. Tools were going. They were trying, you could tell that. He said they had about 20 damaged devices on the table when they walked in. Anyone with that many can make a mistake. I was so mad I'd been lied to... I didn't even really look closely at the phone. Put it in my car and after I picked up my kid, she went to put it in her phone case and the back popped open. She said- "well, that's not normal". I asked what she was talking about. Here the back was now cracked.Now attempting to get Asurion to repair it. They called the repair guy who said it wasn't broken by him. It was not broken by us. If you look at the pictures of the cracks before repair and the ones after, they don't line up. They look like a repair mistake.Plus there wasn't damage- just dirt- on the back before repair. Not ok. None of it's ok. The woman that lied to me, should have just told me the truth. She didn't have a clue how to fix things. Figure by the time I had waited around, driven, etc... I had wasted over 12 hours of my time and money! Now it's still broken, & I'm still trying to fix it.I'm EXHAUSTED & ANGRY & feel drained. All could have been handled MUCH better. I don't think you can blame the guys there necessarily on Tuesday, but I wish they could realize that with rushing comes mistakes & now I feel like the Asurion company thinks I'm lieing. They have cameras and recorded autio signs all over the room, I hope someone listens to it all & figures it out soon. This was a HORRIBLE experience!
