Horrible the people in store are not aloud to do anything for you unless it increases you services or bills , trying to transfer my cell service to a new carrier and they just won’t allow it even with all the proper numbers endless time spent with this evil company ,horrible company. Don’t get service here

Great service! They helped us quickly and went above and beyond by helping us with things they didn't have to do (like putting my phone case I bought outside their store onto my new phone I got at their store). Very kind and helpful!
