With HIPAA privacy I don’t understand why when I check in the receptionist verifies my entire phone number aloud when everyone sitting in the waiting area can hear. That’s personal info I’d rather nobody hears. Why not just try verifying the last 4 digits of the patients phone number? Drives me nuts every time.

They filled out my employment information wrong and took forever for them to get everything fixed. Was supposed to be at 8:15 but ended up waiting for awhile. Since their computers don’t work well why not order new ones. Very frustrating

Went here for my pre employment drug screen and the lady smelled my urine and said it smelled like ammonia, were gunna need a retest and it would be observed... lady you're doing way to much extra stuff for real. I was outta there
