I appreciate that through an oil change inspection. The technician found I had installed one of my snow tires on incorrectly. I appreciate this was identified and corrected.

I’m so happy with the service that was provided. I left because I could get work donee on my vehicles at a lower cost but I found out that it ended up costing more because the issues were not being addressed completely. I am so appreciative of the customer service provided and the constant communication to explain what was being done to figure out the issue as well as addressing it.

I have had previous experiences that were good, and I am not sure what has changed. The last two visits were bad. The customer service was terrible. The service done seemed to me dishonest purposely. I would not recommend going there.
