This is one of the better burger king locations that I personally know of. Every time I order the food, it is hot and accurate. If you ask for extra, they don't glob it on like other locations. I personally haven't recieved a messed up order from them yet!! I can't speak on inside service or atmosphere because all of my transactions have been mobile pay through the drive thru. That being said. The drive thru found my order quickly and service was speedy.

This one manager, I think her name was like terry or tammie, something like that. She was YELLING at her younger employees and I was finally helped by tammie, I was getting a really bad smell coming from her which is a HUGE red flag when it comes to getting food from somewhere because if you cannot be hygienic at home then how are you going to be hygienic at a place where food is handeled. I will not be coming back after this service.

Now, I didn't go into this establishment expecting fine dinery, but at least with the expectation that it would be edible. I ordered a big mac, and they told me I had the wrong idea and to "look at the damn menu." I was feeling a little upset at the time, so I just told them I wanted a cheeseburger. They rung up my order and started making it, at least I thought they did. I watched SEVEN different people walk up, order, and get their food before I decided to go ask what was up. Thy must have known that I was coming up though, because then one of the workers came and handed me my burger. After all these struggles, I finally was able to sit down and eat my burger. I ate the burger and not an hour later got horribly sick. I would not recommend Burger King for it's food, though it certainly handles the "generic fast food restaurant" atmosphere well, especially with the kids running around and slipping on the pickle they threw on the ground after telling their parents it looked like a "big bug."

I am a regular to this establishment and will continue to do so. However, there is a long, dark haired young woman who works mornings and lunches with an air pod every shift she is a part of. I could get past the air pod, if her personality didn't make me think she was suicidal herself and possibly wishes all her customers would die as well. There is no customer service bone in her body. I will continue to be a regular, but I am leaving if I see her there. I am done with her negatively impacting my day. ? In a perfect world customer service establishments have, well, customer service.

Everytime I come here, I wait in the drive thru around 5-10 mins. If I'm the only one it's closer to 5, but if there's more then 2 cars in front of you, be prepared to wait 10+ mins (FYI, there's no guests inside so thats not holding things up) This isn't a reference to one or two bad experiences, but rather a patterned I've seen over the past 3+ years at all meal times
