I have used this storage facility for over 10 years. It had been adequate and reasonable up until it was taken over by a new company. I used to talk directly to the owner, Ron, about payments, availabilities etc. Now it is an automated system, which I understand is more efficient for the new owner, but the loss of direct communication has turned me off. I used to get a discount for paying every 6 months cash. The cost has almost doubled now and it doesn't make sense anymore. Glad to be OUT
