Sorry to this bank personnel since I have never been there , but I open an account with Chase online , deposit a pay check today and they place a hold on my check money I need for gas and bills , for grocery , for my anniversary. For a whole 10 days this is just ridiculous and even the fastest way I have to wait till Tuesday to speak with Costumer service to see if they remove the hold. Wost decision EvER has soon has I get my money I’m closing my account. Do not bank here

I brought money to deposit in the bank. There was change in it. But I don't know how much that amount is exactly.That lady put it in the counting machine. After she finished counting... I asked her that I wanted to deposit 9000. How much more do I need to make 9000?Then she pulled out the calculator and told me I needed $3,529 which was enough for $9,000.Then I gave her $3,600.Then she gave me $17 back. Then I said you said I needed another $3,529 to make it 9,000..but I gave you $3,600.Then you have to give me $71 backThen she said that in her computer, only $9,017 of my money appeared... so she only changed me $17.Then she said my money was in the drawer. She just looked at the numbers in the computer..Then she took all the money in the locker, counted it all again.. and came back to tell me...my money was only $8,917.not 9017$ like she initially saidPlus the money she hasn't refunded me is 71$...After that, she only deposited me $8,917. I didn't even get the change back, but the amount I deposited was reduced after she counted all the money she had in the drawer. I Very dissatisfied with the service. very very dissatisfied.

My experience with this location is always fantastic! This branch is where I do all of my in-person banking and I always get nothing short of spectacular service. I’d like to note that, Noah J Schaewe, from this brach is my point of contact and he is an excellent person to bank with. If I’m not here to use one of the bank tellers, I refuse to work with anyone other than Noah. He has always been polite, professional & never overbearing. He has worked with me on what I wanted and what suits me best. If it weren’t for Noah, I’d be banking somewhere else. Thanks Noah!

Poor customer service, cash counter got jammed and ended up with an unresolved deposit amount discrepancy. The only thing I could do is file a complaint with corporate. I will not return to this branch.

Extremely disappointed in this branch. Drive thru has been down for far too long and the additional ATM that was added is always down and not accepting cash. I'm closing my account due to the poor service from this location. There is no sense of urgency to get this location back up and running as it should be. I'm a long time customer that will now be finding a new bank to deal with.

It should not take this long to reconstruct the drive thru/ATM. This is a serious inconvenience to your valued customers. I'm contemplating switching banks because it's inconvenient to drive to the next closest location (Germantown) to go to the ATM?? Get it together Chase!!!

Shoddy customer service x2 sep occasions. Withdrew six figures on one day due to an unhelpful attitude and a snide demeanor from one associate.So many banks to choose from...

I literally went in on Thursday the 1st of December 2022 to get help with my online banking app being locked out. Somehow between Thursday and Friday I couldn’t log in at all saying it was locked out even after I changed my username & password. Got a letter in the mail from Chase just today Monday the 5th of December 2022 saying to call about the account and I found out my account ended up getting closed out with a reason at all even though I had money in it. I had my work paychecks going to that account before it was closed. I’m so mad about this. Their wasn’t even a minimum balance on the account at all so I’m really upset with how my account was closed out without me knowing. ??? go to a different bank I’ve had issues more than once with using them. ????

Very low customer care and caring (e.g. "we don't take kids change or have a coin counter but will give you rolls") and if I have a concern about my account, "That is the way it [the account] works" not "Wow I am sorry to hear you are concerned that your account is potentially comprimised"...Find another bank than this one!

recently paid a west bend water bill and got hacked thru west bends pay service , by the time i saw it an hour later and called chase credit card services they had already deemed it suspicious activity and stopped those people from taking money out of my account thanks chase
