Today I entered into US Cellar for my first time. I was greeted immediately with a warm hello and welcome. Phillip was service tech. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and honest really made my day. He made sure I was completely taken care. What a pleasure it was today! Keep up the great work! Thank you!

Phil was wonderful! He really fought for us to get our bill down and get our old plan switched to the new one. Very personable and doesn't act robotic! Very easy to talk to and didnt feel pressured when upgrading phone!

Super cool staff Thursday at 5pm. Very helpful. Got to keep my plan and get new phone, contrary to what Tmobile had told me 30 minutes prior to this. Super surprised about the merge. Been with Uscellular for 31 years. Anyway, GREAT JOB GUYS!

New I-Phone from US Cellular. I have to give this location a five star review. After a disappointment with another location. Brad Star met us at the door and after a few questions he had checked for the best plan and explained all the details. He is indeed a star as I believe he saved me a lot of money with his knowledge of the system. We were lucky to have found him and will return there in the future. Thank you Brad Star.

The US Cellular location on Hwy 33 in West Bend gave me the best service I have ever received in my 25 years as a US Cellular customer. I never realized that stores are independently owned, or corporate owned, and there can be a difference in customer services.
That said, I wanted others to know that my experience with Brad, the store manager, and Scott, the assistant manager, was the best. They were professional, super knowledgeable and just plain awesome.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We just attempted to upgrade our phones as existing customers. Sean was extremely unprofessional to myself and my family. He did not greet us upon entry - no one in the store did actually. But Sean needs to be fired for his encounter with us! He did not want to help us from the minute we came into the store. He stated there were no notes in my account even though I spent 35 minutes on the phone with retention today, he seemed annoyed that we came in- there were no customers in the store at 5pm. Sorry to make you do your job. His tone and demeanor with us seemed irritated and annoyed. I called 611 immediately after we left and the rep assured me there were notes clear as day with the time I called and who I spoke to, and she was unsure why Sean would say that to us. Save time and go to the Paradise location which is a corporate location- they are competent at their jobs over there.
UPDATE FROM RESPONSE: Sean literally told my husband that “he didn’t care” and was telling me “he didn’t know what to tell me”. A shy personality is not what was displayed. It was total arrogance and annoyance, so yes things escalated when we were leaving when he was saying he didn’t care that we were leaving instead of trying to assist us.

Sean Littlefield awesome guy out of all the times I've been there I really didn't feel welcome I felt out of place this time it was different . Pretty much wanted to know about international calls not going there costs to much but Sean explained things to where I understood I asked if they had a reasonable price on a tablet bingo he set my stuff up transferred the stuff I needed from my phone he checked for deals for me on a tablet and he found me a sweet thanks Sean
