“This was our first experience with Glacier Hills. We went in to get details about, and to apply for a vehicle loan and in less than an hour had the information we wanted, completed a loan application, opened an account, and got full details about a vehicle warranty. Everyone we met was very pleasant and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. We were pleasantly surprised that the rates for the loan and warranty were less than what we had found at the other businesses we had talked to. “Never had a problem. Customer service at the main branch in West Bend is always friendly and welcoming. Never said no to a request or offered another solution. The only thing I didn't like is that there's only one location and they moved out of Pick n Save. Now I have to go across town to get money.”
