Kicked me out for not having a parent when I was trying to buy something then we drove past the store on bikes to go eat somewhere and then called the police on us for no reason.

I have been in this five below only a couple of times, and I wouldn’t consider it the worst experience, but it is not very organized or professional…
Every time I come in, it’s always cluttered, there’s always a backdoor/office door open and accessible to anyone in the building, which I don’t blame the employees for, but i wish it was more convenient to look through the items I’m looking for.
But what catches my attention the most is the check out process. It seems that every time you want to check out, you can’t check out by yourself and you have to have the employee check your things out. There are also signs on every self-check out that tell you to wait for assistance. I can understand in a situation of theft but it feels a bit inconvenient for those who want to pay and go, especially after the transaction they make you rate your experience right away. I was kind of shocked to be required to rate the experience. It doesn’t feel right to me.
(By the way, I do not blame the register clerks for this behavior, I’m sure their just doing what they’re told is suitable customer behavior at Five Below, I just think it’s the store itself and how it’s managed and organized.)

I was supposed to come for an interview. The manager wasn’t there and didn’t bother to call and reschedule. There was only one employee who gave me a two minute interview. Never felt more disappointed from an interview. However I love to shop at the store to find trinkets and good things. Just disappointed in the customer service here.

First time I was in this store. I heard a lot about this store from my granddaughter. Everything was organized and the rows were wide where they had rows. I was surprised to see so many different items. There were a few items sold there that cost over $5.00 but they were very nice items. I will be spending a lot of time there.

It's a Five Below.. it was sorta clean and organized.. kinda smelled weird in there.. but it lived up to its name. Got a bunch of junk for cheap the nieces and nephews will be happy. Thanks ??
