Let me start by saying I DO NOT have a problem with the West Bend store. My problem is with customer service for on-line orders. That just wasn't an option here. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Placed an order on-line with a Visa gift card. Their on-line system supposedly doesn't accept Visa gift cards. Even though it processed and gave me an order number. They cancelled my order and claim they refunded my $100 to my Visa gift card. Which most people would know isn't possible. It says right on the paper the card came in that store refunds are not accepted to the card. Now $100 isn't a lot to HD but given everything else going on around us right now, $100 is a lot of money to a working family. They won't give me an HD gift card and cannot even tell me where the refund went. There is just some money floating around in limbo I guess. And yes, Vias was no help either. So now I'll go shopping at Lowes or my local hardware store.

Love the Garden Center at Home Depot. Although the staff is young, they are all so helpful, carry out for you, help you find items you are looking for. My go to place!!

Wish I could give more than five stars. The place was amazing here it is almost July and they're still getting fresh new flowers in there. A was a load being delivered while I was there. Everybody else's stuff looking like it's been left out uncared for and not watered. The stuff was beautiful

Purchased a complete 4 piece set of Appliances at the Home Depot in West Bend, Wisconsin. Had everything except the refrigerator in stock. Waited a few days for the first three Microwave, Stove and Dishwasher. 1st delivery date the guy says I'm no plumber so you'll have to wait for them to schedule delivery. So they installed the microwave $145.00 pretty much to reverse the fan direction which even to cut the tyraps he ask me for a tool. Then plugged in the stove and left. Didn't even turn on anything to see if they worked. So then waited another 5 days for the plumbers to schedule an appointment. Time frame was from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Four hours. No calls no text no email. After 5 hours I called and talked to a manager at Home Depot that called the company who scheduled the plumbers. Made a lot of excuses and blamed the team for not informing me that this could happen. But told me they were coming. So here we are 8 hours later and finally I get a call from the people who scheduled the plumbers who said nope they can't make it today but rescheduled me for Saturday which is another 4 days and who knows what will happen then. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Shop someplace else where they know what customer service is all about. Oh, I didn't mention there's another $160.00 charge to install the Dishwasher.

I took my elderly friend here to purchase a washer and dryer. Their employees were so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this store!

This place seriously needs to train their employees!! Is absolutely ridiculous to have people working in departments they know nothing about. If someone is working in example plumbing they should know what is in their department and have some knowledge of what they are selling. Recently purchased a water softener from this Home Depot. Today returned to get a different hose for back. The lady in the department was in a daze and kept trying to look at things for water heaters...... I numerous times stated was for a water softener that was purchased from this exact store. She looked at my brother and I like we were crazy. She was absolutely no help whatsoever and it didn't seem like she cared one bit that she couldn't help us properly.
