Gericare of West Bend, LLC was established in 1998 to provide the West Bend community with quality elder care services. We are an independent agency that is locally owned and operated. Owner, Judith K. Phillips is a licensed clinical social worker trained in case management and gerontology. She has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and has experience working with the elderly in long term care and community settings. She also has experience and training in the care and treatment of people with Alzheimer's and other dementias.
