The Goodyear Auto Service Center is a full-service tire and automotive repair stores wholly owned operated by the Goodyear Tire Rubber Company. Employees are friendly, helpful and nice. The service is reasonably priced, take less than an hour and get in earlier than scheduled. Techs are pleasant and the install is easier. The location 0% interest for 6 months on the Goodyear Card and a positive experience. Any know any repairs and maintenance will be done correctly at a great price.
My daughter had her tires rotated and a wheel cover came off. Goodyear at first got her a new wheel cover but that did not match. They then told us to just to pick up a set of 4 new covers and they would reimburse us. Wow what outstanding customer service .A shout out to all the crew at the West Bend Goodyear. I purchased some tires off Amazon and this service center was listed as a preferred installer. It couldn't have been easier, the tires were shipped there and the scheduled install took less than an hour! The techs were pleasant...I was impressed-I'll be back!
