My daughter had her tires rotated and a wheel cover came off. Goodyear at first got her a new wheel cover but that did not match. They then told us to just to pick up a set of 4 new covers and they would reimburse us. Wow what outstanding customer service .A shout out to all the crew at the West Bend Goodyear. Job well done .

I purchased some tires off Amazon and this service center was listed as a preferred installer. It couldn't have been easier, the tires were shipped there and the scheduled install took less than an hour! The techs were pleasant...I was impressed-I'll be back!

Do not go here. Got a oil change tire rotation crap work, broke clips and lost hardware for my under tray now my car scrapped the ground as I drive thanks Goodyear for the great work 😡

I have no issues with the work this place does. I do have an issue with Garry, the boss. He's unfair to most of his employees, for example, he has a favorite that he'll let go home early every day, and that employees work gets pawned off on others with the excuse of "he can't finish this job before the hours up but he has to leave" (even tho that employee is still scheduled another hour) But in the same breath go to a different employee and say "you have to stay late to finish everything. No exceptions!" NO EXCEPTIONS! MY GOOD MAN, DID YOU FORGET THAT YOU JUST MADE AN EXCEPTION FOR THE OTHER GUY. When other employees have free time, heaven forbid they're taking a little break instead of sweeping or something, but Mr. Boss man Garry can be on his phone all day instead of helping. He will also schedule new hires as if they've been there for 30 years and be mad when they can't keep up. They try their best, all for the same amount of money a teenager can make in fast food. And yet he fails to see how he picks favorites and pawns all the work off to the newbies. Take it from someone who's also worked a position of power at their job before, your workers will work with you if you work with them. Be fair and consistent with everyone. DO BETTER!!

I have been a customer of this store for many years. I went to drop off some tires to get replaced and the price they wanted to charge me was nowhere near what they quoted me within 3 days of scheduling appointment. Needless to say you probably lost me as a customer. Your system being down is not my fault and I’m not going to just pay the up charge because you can’t access computer. Very disappointed

My appointment was at 11am and I called to see if they could get me in any earlier. They got me in at 9:30. Employees are nice. I had a good experience at this location.

Typically I’m not the type to write a bad review. After using good year tire a couple of times for miscellaneous work. Today was the last time I will use them. I decided I would have them do my oil change on my 2020 gmc Sierra. Originally it was supposed to be around 80 dollars for synthetic oil and a tire rotation. It ended up being around $105. Decided to have them do it anyways. They come back 45 minutes later telling me my lug nuts are broken and warped. Told them I would like them to reinstall them and I would fix them myself as they were not as bad as they made it sound. They would not reinstall them and so I agreed to the $80 price. Again I get things happen so whatever. My problem is after the oil change I noticed oil in my driveway. I figured it was just a little left that spilled from the orignal oil change. I left it until it seemed very odd that oil was still showing up a month later. I finally went underneath the truck and found the oil filter was very loose. It was pouring oil and had a drip. After 1000 miles the dip stick showed left than half full. I’m glad I caught it in time before major problems occurred. When I went to change the filter it was extremely loose. I will no longer bring my business there
