How do i get ahold of a real person?? online chat is broken and calling in just puts me in circles of menus.

Never had a problem. Customer service at the main branch in West Bend is always friendly and welcoming. Never said no to a request or offered another solution. The only thing I didn't like is that there's only one location and they moved out of Pick n Save. Now I have to go across town to get money.
