I came here with another Google account to still give this place one star. They frequently have "oh my gosh, super wierd. I've never seen this before" issues with both mine and my husband's cards/accounts, and regularly leave us stranded with a useless debit card and zero customer support options. Most recent, scheduled online maintenance on a sunday (which is fine). But if my debit card also doesn't work at the landmark ATM on the branch, the tellers aren't in on Sundays anymore, and the number on the back of the card isn't open on Sundays then what? Do better, landmark.

I have been banking with landmark for both Business and Personal accounts for years. Rosa and Sean are exceptional.

I got a car loan through Landmark this fall. This is my first time using them and will definitely be my last. They just transferred $800 out of my USAA checking account and applied it to my car loan. I already paid $820 towards my loan this month, my loan is for $787. Where they came up with $800 I have no idea, I did not authorize it, I did not receive an email saying money was transferred as I did with all my other payments. I asked if it was an automatic payment for some reason and they said no. I asked what did happen and how can I make sure it doesn't happen again and I was told "I can't help you with that". Really!? On top of that they took out the money instantly but it will take a week to get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

What an absolute joke of a company. If I could give a 0 or even a negative rating. My wife called to close her credit card over a year ago and they never closed in. We have not received any info about it being open. Now we can't close her saving account because of it. The employees don't know what they are doing either. Save your time and go to a better run credit union or just don't use a banking company in general.

Never had a problem. Customer service at the main branch in West Bend is always friendly and welcoming. Never said no to a request or offered another solution. The only thing I didn't like is that there's only one location and they moved out of Pick n Save. Now I have to go across town to get money.

I’m VERY disappointed in the changes that Landmark Credit Union has made. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and don’t ever remember a time when the customer service has been this bad! Wait times to even speak to someone are at LEAST an hour and they don’t have a call back option anymore. The bank itself and tellers are nice but they NEED to fix the customer service situation. I’ve had deposits not get into my account and stuck on hold for an hour just to correct the situation. VERY frustrating!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any bank. If I could I would move my current loan that I have with them to another bank. If I also could give them a negative star rating I most definitely would. For who ever will take the time to read this review. I highly recommend staying away from this credit union if you can do so. I know there are much better options out there. As for myself I will never get another loan through this credit union again.

Yeah-Now that the lobby is back open, it will be less stressful to bank. Rosa, and Sean, are very considerate and helpful- Calling in on the main LCU phone line is too much work. During the pandemic, using driveup only - was a chore- But this was everywhere- Many people pull up to the drive up-with no forms- "Customers bring your deposit, withdrawl forms with you-filled out before you get in line." This caused alot of headaches in the long driveup lines-, using the send tube 2 times before starting your transaction-but that wasnt the bank employees fault.

Went here to talk with the manager like I requested in the first place of something that shouldn’t have happened. And instead I got talked to like I was a little kid and everyone in line knew and was the most embarrassing moment ever. Whatever happened to confidentiality
