I like shopping at my hometown store. It would be nice if the older ladies cashiering in the morning would not moan about a customer coming into their line, making me feel like I shouldn’t be there or something. And everytime I am there I always seem to inconvenience Robin the cashier and self checkout lady. At least that’s how she makes me feel.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the meat/butcher dept. Over the years when I’ve run into binds for special occasions and needed specific cuts or orders placed, I’ve run around to various butchers in the area with mixed results and every time I’ve come to this team they find a way to fulfill the need, truly setting the bar in my book. Keep doing what you do, you’re awesome!

Flys on the donuts inside the donut case please watch that. They are literally on the donuts, not just flying around. Told the lady, she said nothing she can really do, I told her technically should be removing the ones that the flys are on, just sitting on, not moving, she did not care. Did not get donuts today. Besides that Deli cold salads, dishes have been amazing lately!

This store is pretty decent, but it's quite limited and the prices are outrageous. The only reason I will stop is because it's right on my way home from work so it's convenient.

I really wanted to give this a 1 star, but the lady who initially answered the store phone and the deli lady were friendly on the phone. My reasoning for the 2 stars is fried chicken from the deli. I called in to place a chicken order, and the nice young lady from the deli said their fryers were shut down for the night. Who shuts down their chicken fryers at or before 6 pm on a Friday? I would think Friday nights are hoppin' for people wanting to get some fresh, fried piggly wiggly chicken? Not everyone celebrates lent this time of year. Those of you reading this, if this happens to you, there is a plan B. I ordered fresh chicken from Kwik Trip on their app to satisfy my kids who were begging me for some fresh fried chicken ?
