Seriously amazing. I was taking my kids to school and noticed a noise from my car. Realized it was a screw in my tire. I called several places only for everyone to tell me they were booked, or booking out to next week.I called them and they immediately said to bring it on in.I'm so thankful for them. They put a plug in it and told me the tires are going to need to be replaced soon. No sugar coating anything, adding more on...They just got a new customer.Thank you so much. You guys are truly amazing.

Luis knows how to take care of his customers. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic I recommend you go see Luis. I have him look at any car before I buy it. I drive 2 hours to let him work on my cars that how much I believe in him. If you want it done right the first time. go to Quality Car care.

I called to set up an inspection on a vehicle before I bought it. They got me in right away, with very little notice. He looked over the entire car for me and told me that the tires were dry rotting. I had missed that, so he showed me. I took it back to the dealership and showed them. They gaslit me, saying they weren't dry rotted, so I didn't buy the car. I was already trying to get rid of a used car that caused me a lot of problems - the last thing I needed was another. Thank you so much for your help! I have since bought a different vehicle and will be bringing it here for service.

Called everywhere for balancing some tires in west bend on the 3rd of July, either no one answered or they were closed because of the 4th. But these guys answered, and said bring them in right off the bat! Did a great job, fast and it was an awesome price.

I LOVE these guys. As a woman, I know they never screw me over or talk down to me. They don’t fix things that don’t need to be fixed, and are so helpful and honest and transparent. They even gave me a ride home today after dropping my car off. HIGHLY recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance
