**** and **** were awesome to work with. Stayed within the time frame of completion, actually finished a couple of weeks earlier. They stuck to the quote they gave me. They even went shopping with us to pick out all the items we needed for the basement. That was a lot of help, top quality items and very detailed oriented. They let you know when the workers were coming. All the workers were nice to work with, top notch and did quality work. Always responded to texts promptly. Very happy with the basement. It was a wow factor when people came to see the basement completed. I highly recommend Reality Construction LLC, **** and **** for any home remodeling project

We researched a lot of companies before going with Reality Construction. We are so glad we did! We had a great experience from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient, and detail oriented. Our basement was remodeled ahead of schedule. Any concerns we had were addressed right away. We are very happy with our new basement!

We had such a great experience working with Mike and Gina at Reality Construction. They were straightforward, honest, and efficient. They worked with us to make sure that our renovation was done exactly how we wanted and they stuck to our budget the entire time. Mike and Gina went above and beyond to ensure that things were done properly and they even finished our project early. We would definitely recommend Reality Construction to anyone interested in remodeling their home and can’t say enough good things about them!

We just remodeled our living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and laundry room with Reality Construction and we had an amazing experience! We found working with Mike and Gina easy as they were straightforward and honest. Whenever we had questions, they got back to us right away with answers. Gina came up with the best plan for remodeling our kitchen and we love the new layout. They employ top notch workers and everyone did high quality work. They never once tried to upsell us or play any games; they stuck to our agreed upon budget and even did additional things to make sure we were taken care of. Our project was done early, the work was all done extremely well, and we are so happy we chose Reality Construction to remodel our home!

The professionalism, attention to detail, constant communication, responsiveness and promptness when reaching out with absolutely anything whether positive or negative, timely completion, and creativity when designing the best use of the space in our master bedroom and bath. Gina and Mike were with us through the entire process, including designing, shopping, guiding us through making tough decisions, and showing us many options and combinations when overwhelmed with MANY choices. REALITY CONSTRUCTION helped our huge project run smoothly and get done a bit early! Gina and Mike made sure we were on schedule and made adjustments as needed when our project was ahead of schedule. WE are beyond satisfied with our new MASTER BEDROOM and BATH!

Reality Construction LLC did a wonderful job finishing our entire basement. The process went way better than expected and my husband and I were blown away with how everything turned out! Mike and Gina were extremely easy to work with and they were both very responsive. When Gina came out for the initial consultation, she took measurements and gave us a rough estimate of the job. Mike and Gina both came out a second time and after looking at the basement and the layout, Mike gave us a few suggestions about changing the layout and we couldn’t have been happier with the final layout and project. They went with us to pick out everything which was a great help as they are professionals in their area so we relied on their expertise for many of these choices and they exceeded our expectations. The process was overall very smooth, any issues that did arise along the way were quickly handled by Mike without us having to do anything which made hiring them for this project well worth it. The basement was finished ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. The vendors they use were always respectful and very responsive if we had questions. We highly recommend Reality Construction LLC and will use them again in the future!

Scheduled a consult for a full kitchen remodel. Gina and Mike arrived at our house to meet with us and discuss our thoughts for the remodel. Mike took a look at the rafters in the basement and upon realizing our foundation was fieldstone, he immediately told us it was not something he would consider working on. While my husband and I appreciate his honesty, he couldnt make any recommendations on another contractor that works fieldstone. I just recommend in the future, that if the type of foundation for a home is truly a "make or break" factor, it should be asked during the initial phone call so time isn't wasted setting up in-home consult that may potentially lead to nowhere. Again, grateful he was honest with us but this was overall just a frustrating exchange and waste of time.

We used Reality Construction, LLC for a remodel of our kitchen and adjoining rooms this past summer. We completely gutted our kitchen and removed the adjoining walls. We were initially impressed with how thoroughly Mike looked at the project. He made observations about lighting, trim, flooring, and many more details that we appreciated being thought out right from the start. He was straight forward with the estimate and nothing exceeded his initial quote. We very much enjoyed that Gina and Mike took us shopping for flooring, plumbing, countertops, and more and we valued their input. I'll admit I went into the remodel with a slightly different vision in mind. After listening to their advice and recommendations our remodel turned out far better than I originally had imagined. We are very much looking forward to celebrating the holidays in our beautiful new space.

From our 1st meeting with Reality Construction we knew we were done looking for a contractor to do our project. Mike, Deb & Gina were awesome as were all the workers and vendors we worked with during the 3 1/2 months our project took to complete. It was a fairly large project that consisted of adding a large bedroom, a full bath, a family room with a gas fireplace, a custom built wet bar and a theater area. Everything went smoothly and the project was done timely. We absolutely love it and have received many compliments on the quality of the work that was done. If you have a project you are looking to get done and you are searching for a contractor to do it, you can stop looking. Reality Construction LLC is terrific.
