the kohls management is terrible they treat there workers like garbage, I went in and asked one of the sephora workers for help and they called somebody up to help me but didn't end up coming till 5-10 minutes later, i just think the management can be a lot better and treat there workers like they deserve to be treated.

Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable. To have an associate actually help you find multiple products that works for your skin , is very rare. I will most definitely be back and hope to work with her again.

I hate to leave a one star review, I really do. I work in customer service myself and know the difficulties of working with the public. With that being said, I had a horrible experience at Sephora West Bend tonight, 11-12, at about 6pm. I came in to buy a refill for my moisturizer and decided to look around. While I was looking around, not once did any of the employees ask if I needed anything or was looking for anything in particular, which I was actually (Glossier) and found it incredibly rude that nobody said anything to me.
Alicia was talking so loudly the whole time, had her back turned to the store, cussing, gossiping and even bauked like a chicken or a turkey when I checked out at the register? It was very, very bizarre. I was so irked by her that I didn't want to buy my refill pod, let anyone anything else.
At least the blonde lady at the register was somewhat respectful. Nothing crazy, but definitely not screaming on top of her lungs like Alicia.
Sephora, please make this right. If I don't feel welcomed, I'm sure other customers feel the same way.

There were two people working tonight and the older woman was very kind but the younger woman I caught her name which was Hannah, had an attitude with myself and my 13 year old sister. I work in customer service also so I understand that closing after working is something that people look forward to. Just because you want to get home doesn’t mean you can have an unnecessary attitude with customers. At least i found everything ok but I was not even asked if I found everything ok and neither of the women offered help while we were there.

Due to COVID we are going to close every register except one group of them. For social distancing.... yeah makes sense to put everyone all together at one set of registers instead of spreading them out over multiple locations to keep people apart.. just brilliant.

I had to make an Amazon return. Due to Covid, I was nervous about it. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that all of the employees were wearing masks. About half of the shoppers were also wearing masks. Along with two other members of my household, I am high risk of contracting Covid.. I strongly encourage Kohl's to require all shoppers to wear masks, too. That would get me back in the store to shop - instead of just running in and back out. For now, just thank you for having employees do their part to keep us safe.
