Came here about a month ago and this red head was throwing a tantrum for no reason because his item wasnt in the computer. The lady behind the register had asked him if he'd seen the price and he said he shouldn't have to look. She had gone to check and there wasnt a price but she stated the label next to it was 10. So she offered for it to be ten and expressed she doesnt drink alcohol and wasnt sure how it was usually priced. Understandable. And the guy went off on her about over charging her. Even though she had asked him what price he thought it should be and he was rude about it. He kept telling her to keep scanning and nothing came up. She handled it well and move on after he left. Ive gone there 3 other times onto my way to work and she is still as unbothered by the rude customers and seems pretty cheery. Not sure if that guy had a bad day. She also does very well at selling products and giving out recommendations. Ive tried out 3 different gummies because of her recommendations when I had originally just gone in for a 5 hour energy drink

The place literally has no heat and yet this place is still open, forcing their employees to stand in a freezing cold store for customers who could easily just go across the street for their needs until this place is safe for employees. Oh, and shoutout to the broken fridge and the expired candy sitting in the cardboard with the mouse turds for who knows how long. Take care of your employees!

The pumps were very slow. We only got 7 gallons of diesel in 5 minutes. Would be nice if you cleaned your filters so your pumps pumped more efficiently.

I went out of my way because i needed a gas station and this one advertised 24/7 online but was closed when i got there. Don’t advertise if you cant upkeep.

DOG WASH HELL. This thing is ALWAYS broken, always filthy or always a disaster, in general. Either freezing cold or scalding hot. A much needed dog wash venue in these parts, but this is our last attempt to wash our dog here.

Have had good experiences getting stuff here before. Don't recommend visiting in the morning, the greybeard guy with full sleeve tattoos is not exactly friendly. I've been in 5-6 times in the early morning, never a nice interaction. I'll be going to Kwik Trip from here on, at least the employees are nice

Absolutely terrible this is my 3rd time coming to use the dogwash and this is the 3rd time it didn't work. Last time it would not switch off of shampoo and at least the attendant could go in the back room and fix it. This time it would not take my dollar bills. I went in and the attendant said oh yes someone told me that last week too. This gas station is going under in customerservice and I will never return or recommend again.

The thinner girl working with the heavier woman today(Memorial day) is very unprofessional. Store was packed with customers and she thinks it's ok to cuss out this old man just trying to get gas. If you can't handle people then get out of the gas station business little girl!

A few months ago, I came here and asked to buy the remainder of a case of energy drinks that I could clearly see between the soda shelves... the girl working told me that there was no more because she had just stocked it... So of course I went and took a picture to show her. Her next response was that she was too busy to help... the store was empty. So I left my purchase on the counter and left. About 12 cans of soda.Just went there today and the manager working was extremely helpful and told me that the previous girls no longer worked there. That's awesome. Thank you for getting rid of the people that obviously don't care about their job or place of employment. People don't seem to realize, there isn't money for raises to be paid more... if you intentionally don't bring in more sales. You are only hurting yourself. If it had been her store, would she have turned away a sale because she didn't want to leave the front counter and stop playing on her phone?

Usually don't do these, but I have to say the manager at this store is so friendly always has a smile even thru frustration of working so much as I see her there often. She is doing a great job she shows that she cares about her job the store is always clean the staff that is now there are so nice. I always feel so welcoming when I walk in the door. To see people that take pride in they job now a days is a good thing. So glad the previous manager is no longer there she was part of the reason I had stopped coming as she was so rude. This store has gained a old customer back.
