We were very happy with our repair job at Crash Champions this month. First, their initial evaluation of the damage done to my Ford Edge revealed structural damage to the door which was missed by another exam. Next they got me in very quickly and were good about keeping me apprised of the ongoing work. Finally, the car looks like new and came back with a complete interior and exterior cleaning. The associates were friendly and efficient. I never had to wait for service. Thanks for continuing to be a company I would recommend to others.

I was extremely happy with both the customer service and the repair work done on my car! This is the second time we have taken our car to Crash Champions and both times we were impressed with our experience there. This is the only place we will be using for repairs in the future too.

This place was fantastic!! They are professional, easy to get ahold of, communicative throughout the process, and my car almost looks better then when I bought it. They had it shined up and the carpets vacuumed- it even had that new car smell! It was so easy to take care of the repairs with them as they worked with my insurance without any problems, communicated through calls and texts, and the repairs were done in under a week! They are also friendly, and I found everyone in the office to be professional. I will recommend Crash Champions to anyone!!

They good on body work but they miss diagnose my car now I have to deal with the insurance company to get the rest of the car fix. They think just because my car was hit in the front that the back is not there problem when really the car that hit the car made my car jump the curve and affected somthing in my rear drive train becaue now it locks up. Now I have to go through the insurance to get my car fix took to long for nothing becaue the only shit they fix was the front everything else is still no good. GOS and cruise control don’t even work. They are great with the body work but on technical and mechanical issue no good.

AMAZING!! Communication was top tier giving me updates on the process of my car daily up until it was done. Service was excellent and done in a timely manner. Picked up my car and was spotless, cleaner than when I dropped it off and staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process!

Quality work! We were so worried when our new 2024 truck was hit. We thought there was no way it would look new again. But it looks perfect!!! They kept us informed every step and answered any questions we had. As a bonus they detailed outside AND inside of our truck. Would not trust another place!
