If you use phone menu's "call back" feature, you can then call again and usually get through *before* they call you back, unfortunately. So if you really want to get through, I guess do both.

Probably my favorite place to do trials. Food is good, lots of tvs and common area space, and the rooms are two to a room with a shared bathroom. Staff is helpful and nice.

Signed up for a trial and passed my screening only to be told I wasn't eligible. Like you guys could've told me while I was there rather than giving me false hope. I really needed that money.

How It Works:
1) Screening. You will be tested onsite to determine your eligibility for each study that is conducted. Generally, each screening could last up to four hours.
2) Our team will review the Informed Consent with you, go over medical and medication history. This will in
3) Health Assessment. As a volunteer each study requires that a health assessment be performed to ensure that the participant’s physical evaluation meets the needs for a particular clinical test trial.
3) Participate. Help advance medical and scientific knowledge, carry out promising treatments for the future, and/or receive compensation for possibly improving someone else’s health.
