I went in because my phone had no mobile data. They tried everything to make it work, but in the end, it wouldn't (it was because it was an s10, they dont carry over from us cellular to spectrum). So they told me my only option was to get a new phone. They were very helpful and very nice to work with.

Just there today our bill. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Went to check to see if my phone could be switched over to spectrum. It couldn't. The employee was not knowledgeable and had to keep asking other employee for help. I didn't switch my service.
