We had been wait and wait for pretty long and it only one employee. Also the lady is very unfriendly. Also they decided to set up busniess account without ask us. We will never go there again they are very dishonest.We are glad that find out today with different T-Mobile store. They info me about this.

T-Mobile store West Bend, 4 a internet box. It's on a display and I picked it up to look at the backside of it, instantly an associate, named Spencer Said to me, ma'am you cannot touch that, put it down!! (This box is Hollow) He was so rude that I left the store store!!! ..another store 20 miles away.

The people that work at this location (or used to before they were all recently fired) were professional and courteous. It was because of Keenan, Dayton, Paul that I decided to do business with T-Mobile and open a business account. The truth is that T-Mobile as a whole is incredibly dishonest and manipulative. To date I have never been charged the agreed upon amount, never received refunds that I was told I would receive (in writing), and to top it all off, the phone service is terrible. I am constantly missing calls, dropping calls, not having service, etc. Despite having "the largest cell tower network" or whatever they lie about. I have spent 10 months patiently being overcharged, dropping calls, awaiting refunds all to find out they had zero intention of keeping up their end of the deal. You will be manipulated with "promotions" and feel good walking out of the store. Then the screwing begins. Very unethical, dishonest and overall poor quality in comparison to competitors. I would highly consider US Cellular, Verizon or any other cell provider over T-Mobile. Again, they hire polite people whom are courteous and enjoyable to work with but the immoral dishonest corporation hiding behind those individuals is the epitome of greed and deception that we all know exists in these large companies. Sorry T-Mobile, but I have had enough of you lying to me and it is time I at very least try to spare some other hard working people from your practices.

My mom, sister & I went in to upgrade phones as well as have a slew of questions answered. Juan, the only employee there, was so kind, friendly & efficient with helping us as well as greeting/working with the other customers entering. Exceptional custom service, this man deserves a raise!

Didn't like them moving but oh well & I own a 1+ cell phone and they didn't have a protector for it. I have to order it or go somewhere else I thought you were a cell provider. I may have to think of other options.

Keenan was very entertaining while we waited for our phones to transfer data. This is the best and quickest customer service I have experienced at T-Mobile, and it's thanks to our salesperson's knowledge and willingness to answer our very many questions. I am happy to be a T-Mobile customer!

This place is a joke!! I bought multiple phones and agreed on a price and plan, but after a few months price jumps and they tell me the promotion expired. T-mobile acts like they want your business and pretend to care when there is an issue. We get the same answer every time there is nothing we can do for you at the store level.

Todd was phenomenal......get guy, excellent to work with. Helped solve a ton of issues and get us set up with a 4 line on my plan and took really good care of us. Management needs to take care of this diamond in the rough, or you could lose business.......

Well, here we go again. Have had all sorts of migration challenges. After 3-4 months of going back & back with T-Mobile on how they had made a mess of the situation, & receiving assurances that all was corrected, went into this store (the 2nd time) to migrate from Sprint to Tmobile at end of March Upgraded phones, & was told successfully migrated. Was promised year free Netflix as part of promotion. Of course, promised email about Netflix never occurred. When calling inept customer service at TMobile, they informed me that I had not been migrated & the Netflix offer that was provided was invalid, & of course, too bad. So, still with Sprint, no free Netflix, & a bad taste in my mouth about this store (& T-Mobile in general). Going in next week, can they fix this problem & compensate me appropriately?? Stay tuned for the next review

Ok let's start off by say Brittany is an absolute ROCKSTAR!! I have just transferred to T Mobile and it became quite a mess. I initially dealt with he Menomonee falls store and the initial representative was good, but I had to come back to order my new phones and that's where it went downhill. The representative had me put in my shipping address 4x and eventually I was told everything was good. Well the phones were sent to my old address which left me in limbo for well over a week, but then I tried this location and they were nothing but helpful. In the end Brittany went to my old address and picked up the missing phones, finished setting up the account, installed all of the cases/screen protectors, and continue to above and beyond through the whole experience. I don't have enough kind words to explain her, but she's extremely customer centric and phenomenal to work with! Thank you Brittany!!
