Nails, all I know is he is Tina’s husband and he did a wonderful job!! They always get me in last minute, and do a great job I won’t go anywhere else.

Always a great atmosphere in shop. Tina has done my nails for close to 4 years and has always done great. Prices are fair and they do have walk in appointments.

I normally get really great work done however my last set of acrylics kept popping off. I was continuously gluing them back on myself. Not sure I'll be going back, very disappointed for $75 nails

I went in today, Me and my boyfriend’s mom got a pedicure and she got a manicure and I got acrylics. While doing her pedicure the male worker only male working asked if she was my grandma, her obviously upset by comment just agreed and kept on going then he looks at her toes and makes a weird face points and laughs. Now fast forward too the manicure and she asked if he could cut her nails and he got upset then didn’t file them and on top of that put the wrong color on her nails. It’s so unfortunate that she has been a loyal customer here for years and this service today was just enough to turn her away. I would advise fixing this behavior before all your clients turns away. The female worker I presume is the manager you could tell she was stressed with his behavior almost messed up on my nails but checked and corrected before it was done. I appreciate her service but his was not.

I came in to get a full set of acrylics done while I was home visiting my family the last week of June. Quite literally a full set, almond shaped, medium length with some chrome designs. It is now 3 1/2 weeks later and I still have a full set of acrylics on. I have no idea how they managed to get these nails to last SO well (mind you I’m working 60 hr work weeks in the Florida heat) but I’m incredibly impressed. Not only that, but the staff was all so friendly and they really look out for the best interest of you. I will be coming back next time I’m in town, and I will be suggesting this business to all my friends and family around West Bend. Fantastic job Tipsy Nails and Spa!

Have had great service and great experiences every time. All of the staff is very professional and courteous.
I have to give a special shout out to Tom for taking such good care of my nails. I love watching him work.
I have bad feet/toenails from years of sports, high heeled shoes and let’s face it - age! I had a pedicure done by Tom yesterday and truthfully no one has put as much work into a bad situation as he did! I’m always embarrassed about my feet and he never made me feel that way and again the care and extra he went to to make what I have presentable is SO appreciated!
Cleanliness: The place is very clean and all of the staff is very good at maintaining cleanliness.
