Garbage facility and even worse management. They advertise boat storage, but the units are too close apart to back a trailer into any of them. As others have mentioned, the buildings are damaged and they attempt to charge you for “insurance” every other month despite having proof of coverage on file. Good luck driving through the massive potholes too.

Worst comunication ever was going to put my car away and the dsy i needed to they tell me i need to sign somthing i sign it mind you i ask about a month ago if everything was in order no reply call several timee no reply now its about to snow and my car has no storage after i paid and did everything needed BS

Amazing service via call & online! Penny is so kind, helpful & Awesome energy! She took the time to answer all my questions. Singing the lease online was so simple. In 20 mins, she helped me find a unit, explained everything to me & got the lease signed. I love the fact that it didn’t feel pushy or trying to upsell me on things I don’t need. She should be teaching customer service classes. 😊 I’m grateful that she made an unexpected, stressful situation so calm & easy for me! & HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can’t say it enough, amazing service!

Would not recommend. We were told the area was secure, gated with cameras. Not so. One gate was completely gone, not secure. The storage lockers are iffy, tall grass surrounds them and the gravel driveway is in need of serious repair.

Tried to see a unit and they charged us to see it. When we went in to see the units, the units were damaged and not actual size we were told. We cancelled the unit within 2 hours. We still don’t have our money back 3 weeks later. No one is getting back to us!

Experience was OK. The doors at this place are the cheap rollup. The first unit they gave me the door was caved in. When I moved out a month later several doors with peoples locks on it were caved in. They gave me a new unit that door wasn't caved in. When I checked out they requested I email photos and let them know when I was out. I did that, then someone called to tell me I was scheduled for move out that month. I corrected him. Then I got per our policy locks need to be removed. I put THEIR lock back on the unit, but got yelled at for it, even though it was clearly stated in my email they requested I send. Rent is cheaper for the area but overall I wouldn’t recommend the place. It’s nothing but mud and cheap construction.

I've been renting a unit in Trenton for several years now and recently fell into some financial hardships. If it wasn't for Tyrone's very human and understanding disposition, I would have lost some irreplaceable items. I'll always be grateful for my experience with StoreSafe and the kindness I was shown.
