Though I ultimately did get an answer to my question, the associate on the phone sounded annoyed from the beginning. Then her responses were short, and she obviously did not really listen to what I was asking. She also had to keep asking someone else what to say, so apparently needs more training. (I would have been fine with that if her attitude seemed positive.)

The entrance for the bank needs some serious work! Very dangerous crossing the road just to enter. Also the rocks at the entrance could be moved, they are out of place and don't need to be there. Other than that it's just another federal bank. Not much to say here.

They have the slowest/pokey drive thru ever! There is usually only one person in the drive thru and never do they have back up for help. I am updating my review as I feel their service improved.

I have been told I must show ID in order to deposit cash into my OWN bank account. When presenting a check made out to my husband and myself, with both signatures on it, I am not able to deposit said check unless he is with me. Their policies alienate customers and make them feel as if they are under suspicion. If it wasn't such a hassle, I would have already changed to the local bank my husband uses, where they treat customers with respect and there are no big corporate policies to keep you away from your own money.

I waited there for over 30min. What the main problem was the 2 people i seen were doing nothing standing around. One of them had the drivethrough, no vehicles come through the entire time i was there. Wasn't until 20 before she went around and ask if we needed help, but she could only help pleople who had to make cash deposits no withdraws. Not forgetting there were 10 people waiting! Only 1 person behind the counter. Please relay message. They need to be organized to get their customers in and out in a reasonable time. Help one another when you see your coworker behind, that one person behind the counter was the only one working while i was there. Thanks again Nick.

I have to drop off deposits for my boss occasionally. What drives me crazy is when they ask for an ID to DEPOSIT cash into the account. They said it's because it's $500 or over. I've never had a bank request that before. But for whatever reason, the same rule does not apply to the night deposit box. I can take that same deposit and put it in there and walk away with no issues. Sooooo, what is the point of the policy other than to irritate me?
