Everyone there is so wonderful. They are there to help. While I was waiting one night, I actually listened and this lady was actually struggling the phone that she wanted to activated wasn't very good.
But for what she needed it for they got her the best plan that they could. And he listened to her and her troubles, and he was so very kind and caring.
He did everything he could for her. That's the kind of people I want to deal with.

Derrick eagerly assisted me with a new screen saver for my 24 Ultra (not purchased there) .... with no financial incentive. He was kind, professional and fast, popping the saver on quickly and perfectly.
Hats off to this fine man!

ALERT-Hidden charges with 0 agreement. uS cellular is a scam based company. They charged me without permission “calling it a plan upgrade” they also over charged a substantial amount to my original bill. They lied about internet and the “free” modem although I was one of the first to support them. Do not get internet here and if you can just don’t get anything here. The representatives (some) mean well because they need a job but the whole company is on a different page. I have spoken to 6 of them and ALL of them say something different.
None of them are on the same page.
I’m dropping it ASAP.

We had a great experience with Jacob, Tyler, and another guy with tattoos(sorry didn’t catch your name!) we upgraded all 4 lines and added a line. Jacob was our main guy and was so patient and knowledgeable. He broke down my bill for me and went over everything making sure I understood everything before we proceeded, making sure I was good with everything. I also had notes on my account from earlier in the day after speaking to 611 that he was able to access without any issues and applied those promos to my account. He was not pushy at all with extra sales/upgrades. The guys all stayed past closing time to get our phones transferred over. We are so appreciative! 5 star service for sure! Go see any of them if you need assistance with devices or billing.

Brandon was very professional & knowledgeable about the current promotions. He was able to understand exactly what we wanted, and Brandon ended up making my daughter very happy with a new iPhone!

I went in to the store to upgrade my service, and Carol helped me find the best device and plan. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Carol explained the differences in the various Samsung choices. Transferring data and setting up the new Android system was simple. Keep up the great work Carol, and thanks again!

My boyfriend and I came to this location a couple of weeks ago needing help with his voicemail set up and the lovely gentleman who was working that day, fixed his voicemail within 5 minutes and he was awesome. I didn’t catch his name but we would totally recommend him!

West Bend Paradise location receives zero stars.
I specifically asked will my plan change if I buy a new phone and was assured it would not. I asked about phone reception and was told the new phone was superior to my current phone. Not only did I spend $168 on the new setup up but, I had none of my contacts, no hotspot, lost reception 7 times in 1 day with a tower not even a mile from my location and the phone is so big I can't even get it in my pocket which I told the guy was a downfall to the purchase.
When I tried to get assistance I was today by customer service I didn't know what I was talking about and I never had a hotspot despite using it for over a year. Then I called West Bend - Paradise location to see if they could fix the mistake and again the staff tried to convince me I never had a hotshot.
It took over 8 hrs to resolve the issue but I never got my Hotspot back and will be leaving US Cellular due to dishonesty, lack of informed staff and inconvenience.
Today, I've been waiting outside to have my service switched back to my original phone for 3 hours. This is truly a mismanagement of time. I've watched 5 people leave. Is that 5 sales?
