Wow...So nice to actually have a post office answer the phone with a live person. Only in Wisconsin...I miss you. Thank you West Bend for the excellent service.

Worst post office ever, avoid using them if you can
they're always requiring more postage when things were shipped correctly. my taxes pay for the post office so don't SCAM me every time i get a package. they open every piece of media mail that I get - never has that happened before. They charged me $15 extra for a vinyl record I got because the sender included a free poster. It's infuriating

It is an okay post office. Hit or miss if you will get a friendly employer to help you.

I tried mailing my wedding invitations and I designed them with ribbon. Person behind the counter asked me if I REALLLY needed to have that ribbon on there. I was charged $575 for mailing 1 invitation. No additional stamps just straight mail with tracking. I just needed to know how many stamps for non machinable

We went to the post office for change of address cards. The person behind the counter said they didn't have any and had no idea when they would get some. We ended up having to pay to change our address online.

The online experience with the post office is beyond frustrating. I attempted to update my address using five different cards, each requiring a $1.10 verification charge, yet none of them worked. The process is outdated, inefficient, and needlessly complicated. Everyday customers are left dealing with a broken, antiquated system that shouldn't be this difficult in 2025.

I've had nothing but good things to say re: the USPS for many years. Had a problem today about a package not yet delivered. Solved it from the comfort of my desk chair. To those who whine so much about their experience, maybe get together and hire some guy on a horse to do your mailing. Hello, Pony Express!

Absolutely garbage treatment from them. It's almost impossible to schedule a deliver date for a missed package when all they do is prevent you from speaking to a live representative on their phone number. Thanks for ruining christmas for me and friends, jerks.

Had an issue with this office trying to over charge a customer to receive an order from me.
