MUST READ all comments. Not sure how they received a 3.9 when over half the reviews are 1 star. But only helpful if you read all of there reviews to paint the picture, and it's not a pretty one. Same reviews, different people for over 5 years. Seems like they need an employee shake up!

HORRIBLE! Made an appointment online, got there exactly at the appointment start time. The lady at the desk had her back turned to us doing something for another customer. Finally turns to us and when I say my son has an appointment she asks us to go to the back. We sit there when another lady says sorry you'll have to reschedule since you're late.....ummm NOPE never coming back. There are plenty of other places around that want my business.

Some of the helpers there are more friendly and helpful than the others. The one lady who works there during the week. Not as friendly.

The Visionworks staff fit me into the schedule within 15 minutes when I thought I had made an appointment online but it wasn’t verified. All the staff was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. There was a great selection of frames and the eye exam was very thorough. This is my second visit and I will return.

Had an appointment today at 1215 and arrived 5 minutes late. Was turned away because they're "busy" and had an appointment right after us. Even at the doctor's office you get a grace period. I've gone to other locations before and never was turned away for 5 minutes. Won't be returning.

Nice day out so I decided to walk to the store. Walked a half a mile just to see a “Will Return Shortly” sign on the door that you couldn’t see until you were at the door.From what I saw in the review comments, I’m not sure if I want to go back.

Doctor is so incompetent and not personable what-so-ever. He didn't even tell me what was wrong with my eyes. I asked him at least 3 times what the problem could be but the his assistant was the one who finally replied with "astigmatism". He said I can get glasses if I want. But I wanted contacts. They said that is a totally different exam. Why not find this out prior to examining then???

Horrible experience, dont waste your time. We left and went someplace else. All that time spent looking for glasses for them to tell us they wont take the script we downloaded from our mychart account from the Dr. That is the entire point of access to your scripts on mychart is to be able to get glasses etc...when you need them.

Doctor had the most flat affect. No personality whatsoever. I asked/expressed a concern several times and he finally gave me a very vague answer. Didn't explain anything about my exam or my son's and it was my son's first exam. Then at checkout when I asked for contacts they told me it was a different exam. So why was that not a question they ask right away.

I would put zero if I could. No help from the people inside, including one terribly rude woman. Spent 450 dollars for the "buy one get one" deal. Returned one pair, got a whole 85 dollars back. Oh did I mention the garbage customer service that won't answer emails? Yea, never go here people. Can't wait for the auto reply of "we'll look into this right away" I'm borderline wanting to call someone and find out if I was actually robbed. So, I paid 340 dollars for a pair of sunglasses.
