Store packed the wrong items for a pick up order (was not notified of any substitutions) and then tried to charge me when I went back to exchange the wrong items for the things I purchased in the first place?? I purchased them bc they were on sale so that should be honored since it was the store's mistake. Terrible customer service experience.

Very poor customer service. They were unable to fill a prescription, but never made any attempt to call me to tell me this. I only received an automated text after 24 hours had passed since the prescription was ordered. This was an urgent/needed prescription for acute breathing issues after being seen by the pediatrician. Being a pharmacy they would be aware what the medication is used for. I took care of finding the prescription that day entirely myself, thankfully before my son got worse. This level of disregard is unacceptable. This is not the first time they have been unable to fill a prescription and never communicated it with me, so I knew I had to immediately take care of it myself considering the urgent need. We will no longer use Walgreens pharmacy and recommend others to go elsewhere also.

Weird how my prescription after a c-section was sent to this location 4 different times, on the same day and “wasn’t going through” even after the doctor talked to the pharmacist multiple times, but once my doctor sent it to the Walgreens on Main Street in west bend instead, everything went through just fine! Makes me wonder what your pharmacist was up too! She should be fired immediately!

Absolute trash establishment. Came to pick up a medication on Friday at 430, the pharmacist HAD IT IN HER HAND, and told me the price. I told her that I felt it was expensive and I had to call my insurance to make sure that it was correct. I did so, and went back almost exactly 24 hours later to pick it up. They said they had NO RECORD of me ever being prescribed it and that it’s not even on my history EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN EMAIL, TEXT AND VOICEMAIL SAYING ITS READY TO PICKED UP.
How can you say you have no record of this med on my file when I have literal proof that it was filled? EXPLAIN THAT TO ME.
Garbage people, garbage establishment. I’m convinced the pharmacist threw it away and somehow deleted the record of my prescription, there is no other possible way that I can see that this happened. Don’t get your prescriptions here.

I have gone to CVS most of my life, while just assuming that it was about the same as any other option.Holy cow: I should have believed the reviews, my friends, and unsolicited advice from multiple people in town. This pharmacy is INCREDIBLY BAD, just awesomely ineffective month after month, not a single molecule of interest in helping you. Love yourself and go somewhere else. Baffling.

Nothing but issues for 6 mo. at the Washington St store. Told prescriptions will be ready by 7:00pm Tues, got email they are ready Weds night, go Thur 10 am & guess what. 2 of 3 are ready. She says 1 moment. ..10 minutes waiting in drive through line, cars starting to line up be hind me....she comes back and says we're just waiting for the pharmacist to come back and open the bottle so we can fill your prescription. Really these were supposed to be ready Tuesday night you told me in an email they were ready now you have me stand in line for 10 minutes holding up the drive-thru line because my prescription is not filled like YOU said.I leave come back at 2 and stand in line in the store for 30 min. Wish I could go back to Pick n Save thanks insurance
