West Bend Cinema is a little theater with good priced movies and very comfortable reclining seats. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide very fast service. The popcorn is fluffy, fresh, and yummy with lots of salt flavors, and there are free refills on it. The snack selection is decent, with many candy options, soda, pretzels, pizzas, and even some adult beverage options. Online ticket ordering is easy and convenient. However, the rooms are pretty dated and things that are broken don't seem to get fixed. This includes broken recliners, ripped wall covering above the screen, and pieces by the screen falling down, which can make it seem a little trashy. The sound in movies could sometimes be a tad louder. Despite this, the overall experience is enjoyable with phenomenal prices, making it a good place for a movie date.
Nice small town theater. Only complaint is they need to do some cleaning.

The rooms are definitely pretty dated, in fact the one we were in #8 literally had pieces by the screen falling down. But the recliners were comfortable and the prices were very good

Good priced movies compared to other theaters. They have the normal selection of snacks & drinks. Seating is comfortable in the reclining seats.
