I needed help getting access to my storage unit and was not sure when we had last paid, as we pay annually. I called in today and was greeted by Sadie, who helped to reset my password and explained how I can pay my bill moving forward. I'm so glad that Storage Lion bought this property!

24/hr access is awesome. Especially when moving.
The down-side is that I questioned C/s 3x on a billing issue, & NO One has answered me! It’s like they think my questions are going to “go away”? !
