After giving them a try again, banking with Westbury for just a short few months now. I unfortunately will be closing my checking account and will not be banking with them again. A few months ago, I paid off a late fee I had with them from awhile back I paid up to make things right, and decided to open up a checking account. Recently I was hospitalized for a brief period and my account was drawn negative a small .50 cents. Due to not having my phone I was unaware that Westbury charged a $7.00 per day negative balance charge everyday the account is negative, so after noticing I had my mother put $20.00 in my account while I was unable to attend too it. When I finally was out of the hospital I noticed the account was still negative and when I called the banker told me there was nothing they could do despite me making things correct in the past. I am currently unemployed so correcting this will take some time and I feel as if this bank just looks at what they can charge the customers for. I will never bank here again unfortunately!

Love working with Westbury Bank, went to one of the West Bend locations and Amber helped me get a document notarized and was so helpful! Always referring people to Westbury Bank, I've been a member since it was West Bend Savings Bank and have never had an issue.

This bank disappointing!! I've been a patron of this bank for almost 10 years. Their customer service atrocious, they don't allow you to do cashiers checks through drive thru. Actually they have limited many of their services through the drive thru. I called and asked if I could be able to do a cashiers check this one time since I was not able to get there until after 5. The teller rudely told me no. I'm looking into switching banks after this awful experience. Their fees are expensive ie cashiers check $8. If you're looking for attention and good customer service stay away!!

Disappointing. Cannot deposit via ATM or (their mostly useless) mobile app. After hours, it's night drop box only. And ALL deposits require a trip to the bank. It's 2017 ffs. Apparently these locations used to have the ability to deposit at the ATM, but when Westbury took over, they deprecated the machines. The app is also embarrassingly remedial & feature poor with no ability to deposit checks, search by amount, date or transaction type, put a stop payment on a check, search transactions from previous months, or transfer to/from other banks (something other banks allow you to set up in advance). It's awful & mostly useless, & certainly below what almost every other bank is offering. I only say "almost" bc I assume there is a bank out there with a worse app, although I have not come across any, & I have banked with companies that are much smaller in scale than Westbury.

Charged me $10.00 to cash a check because I'm a non customer, and you asked me if i wanted to open one with them . I don't think so
