It's impossible to speak with a human being. That's unfortunate. The hours are inconsistent and inconvenient. I had surgery and the prescription was not ready or authorized in a timely manner. Poor with medical staff.

Horrible service only reason I use them is because it’s conveniently inside Target.
Never fails when you go pick up your prescription (mine was ordered 3 hrs prior to pickup) it’s never ready. My guess is when you go and say you’re there for picky THEN they start your order (not when it’s sent in). They always tell you “ we are finishing up the order it will be a few minutes, do you want to continue to shop and return”? When your in pain and picking up your prescription 15 extra minutes could seem like hours when your in pain.
They need to do much better once prescription order is sent in.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. This place has done a complete 180 in terms of service. I’ve been going to this location since it was a Target Pharmacy and now as a CVS. They used to have great service, staff that were friendly and helpful. But recently, after 2-1/2 weeks to get a refill, which included a 1 week delay on their part in even starting the refill after my doctor sent the refill prescription, then have them be out of stock and need to order, cancel my refill a week later with no notification, force me to order the refill again, get another out of stock/need to order alert and finally get a notification my refill was ready to pickup. Insane!! Then, today, when I went to pickup my order, the pharmacy assistant was rude, with an attitude that I was putting her out getting my prescription. I’m not asking for bubbly over excitement, but more than curt, one word questions, and a polite manner would be nice. To top it off, they’ve changed their hours to only Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., no weekends at all. I’m done with the, their rudeness, lack of service and lack of convenience. Go elsewhere for your prescriptions. EDIT - Good luck trying to transfer from this location elsewhere. They don't answer the phone for anyone. You're better off having your provider send a new prescription to a new pharmacy. AVOID SENDING ANYTHING TO THIS PHARMACY.

Sad that this place has gone down the drain. It USED TO BE the best pharmacy in the area, with great pharmacists and employees, we never had issues. But now… Walgreens or Walmart outclass them by a long shot. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to avoid this one. Do yourself and family a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Listing hours of operation that aren't actually followed should be illegal if it isn't already. Went here Saturday per their operating hours to find out it was still closed, after 30m of people piling up wanting their Rx, a target person sticks up a sign saying it's closed for the day.
To avoid wasting time the next day, tried calling the pharmacy and it's been 45min+ and still no pickup, I think they're closed again.
Hundreds of people are being denied their medications bc this CVS cannot keep it together, absolutely shameful and if I could give negative stars I would. I would suggest changing your pharmacy if at all possible bc what they are doing here is straight-up criminal.

Soon as cvs opens up in the morning I will be calling and filling every complaint possible . If I could give this ZERO stars I would . I don’t know if management changed but last three times they were rude and disrespectful and said my prescription won’t be ready until 2 hours soon as I’m down the street 5 min away I get a text saying it’s ready . Super inconvenient.

Not to happy with there pharmacy I get prescribed pain meds that I need and my scripts were filled today but pharmacy is closed all afternoon not just for lunch I went back 4 times and is 4 o'clock now still waiting it's closed and it's not a holiday this is ridiculous there own pharmacy repts had to punch out they told us it will be closed rest of day it's not even a holiday!!
