He was super friendly, respectful of our space (took off his shoes), explained everything to me very thoroughly and helped me with a super simple set up process. “I do love is cellular however sometimes when I go to the store close to where I stay they only charge me $42 they don’t charge me $50 some dollars with the tax and tell me that I have a bucket balance and don’t have to pay until June. Then I found out that I had to pay $12 something more because the person at the store didn’t include the tax if I didn’t pay the $12 by the 5th I would lose my services or my cellphone would be turned off. That’s so unfair. I was thinking about going today and paying with cash. I hope this situation doesn’t happen again. Otherwise I am happy. See the whole purpose of me paying my bill early is so I don’t have to worry because I am on a very tight budget”

They went the extra mile to plant grass and smooth out the area where they put the fiber in the ground. “I had been a lifelong AT&T customer that slowly became disenchanted with my cell and data coverage service. My wife and I began experiencing dropped calls and dead spots where data was simply unavailable. A work colleague introduced us to the T-Mobile store in New Berlin WI. The staff at the T Mobile store was extremely helpful and conducted a very thorough cost saving comparison. I wasn’t sure whether the actual estimated cost savings (monthly savings of $150+ over cost of AT&T) would really pan out or not. In addition, the staff led by Danielle and assisted by Katie and Evan helped us to move 9 nine phone lines, and then upgrade 5 of them to the newest iPhone 16 Pro phones (all of which were in stock at our local store that same day). In the end, my wife and I simply wanted faster more reliable data coverage. Well, after our first full month of service and billing with T Mobile I can honestly say that we obtained all of the estimated cost savings on our very first monthly bill (we didn’t have to wait 3 billing cycles…) and the quality, signal strength and reliability of our data coverage was truly remarkable.”
“Daewon D. was more than helpful and patient in helping me transfer my I had massive difficulties changing my wireless phone service from AT&T to Spectrum so that I could take advantage of their one year of service for free. He was on the phone for hours dealing with the difficulties presented by AT&T. I had come in on Christmas Eve 2025 and Daewon stayed past closing time after having already been on the phone for HOURS with them. Plus every time I have come into the Drexel store I have always been helped effectively and efficiently.”
