“Verizon is now on the 2nd floor of Maifare Mall. The overall atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. Ali Rivera was very friendly and made me feel really welcome there. I was shopping for iPhone 16 and iPad mini, and Ali found the best deal for me. I got ProMax and as a replacement of my iPhone 14, and, including the new iPad, my monthly payment remained practically the same - incredible! Ali, you are the best!”

“I am part of one of the first residential installs. They were very friendly throughout the install process of laying down fiber. They went the extra mile to plant grass and smooth out the area where they put the fiber in the ground. Customer service has been great with following up and making sure that I am happy with the service. If you are able I'd recommend switching over from your existing provider!”

“I do love is cellular however sometimes when I go to the store close to where I stay they only charge me $42 they don’t charge me $50 some dollars with the tax and tell me that I have a bucket balance and don’t have to pay until June. Then I found out that I had to pay $12 something more because the person at the store didn’t include the tax if I didn’t pay the $12 by the 5th I would lose my services or my cellphone would be turned off. That’s so unfair. I was thinking about going today and paying with cash. I hope this situation doesn’t happen again. Otherwise I am happy. See the whole purpose of me paying my bill early is so I don’t have to worry because I am on a very tight budget”

He’s super knowledgeable, professional and kind, after spending all that time working with me, I ended up not having my card with me, Nate made sure everything was put on hold so I could pick it up in the morning - it was the end of the night and Nate was so patient and understanding. “The associates here are very kind, patient and helpful. I came to switch another user to my old phone and get a new phone myself. The process, while involved and lengthy as such things always are, was painless and not unpleasant. Ben helped me select a new phone, thoroughly relating the costs, specs and user experience of different models. He answered all of my questions (there were many) in a comprehensive and tactful manner. “Time for an upgrade for my wife's Pixel 3. Replaced it with a Samsung 15 $200. Also helped one of my granddaughters. She's been having trouble with her Mint Mobil account (phone & connectivity problems). Decided to add her to our Spectrum account. Turns out there is a special on the Pixel 8 Pro (normally $1000 now $500) + trade in. She had a Pixel 7 and we got $205 trade in. Ended up getting the 8 for around $300 plus unlimited service is $30 vs the $40 she was paying.
Not trying to do a commercial for Spectrum, but we found a couple of great deals when we were in need of some changes.”

I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent and positive experience I consistently have had at the T Mobile store location on 27TH AND RAWSON in Franklin, WI. Largely due to the exceptional leadership of Keisha. After several failed attempts to rectify my problem on my own, I was particularly impressed with Keisha's ability to efficiently handle the complex issue with my account through T Mobiles customer service department. She also created a welcoming and efficient atmosphere in the store, even during the busy periods.
Beyond this specific instance, I've found that Keisha and her staff possess a strong understanding of the products, services, and industry. They go the extra mile to assist customers and maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor. “I had been a lifelong AT&T customer that slowly became disenchanted with my cell and data coverage service. My wife and I began experiencing dropped calls and dead spots where data was simply unavailable. A work colleague introduced us to the T-Mobile store in New Berlin WI. The staff at the T Mobile store was extremely helpful and conducted a very thorough cost saving comparison. I wasn’t sure whether the actual estimated cost savings (monthly savings of $150+ over cost of AT&T) would really pan out or not. In addition, the staff led by Danielle and assisted by Katie and Evan helped us to move 9 nine phone lines, and then upgrade 5 of them to the newest iPhone 16 Pro phones (all of which were in stock at our local store that same day). In the end, my wife and I simply wanted faster more reliable data coverage. Well, after our first full month of service and billing with T Mobile I can honestly say that we obtained all of the estimated cost savings on our very first monthly bill (we didn’t have to wait 3 billing cycles…) and the quality, signal strength and reliability of our data coverage was truly remarkable.”
