Me and my fiancé were doing repairs on our house because of the flood last weekend,, we needed help in one of your employees name. Jason came up to us and greeted us very pleasantly, and not only let us the right way, but walk us there until we found what we needed, the employees here are better than most establishments, but Jason I must say the most pleasant employee I’ve ever came across at your location. I hope you give him the recognition he deserves.

No signs for Order pickup. No directions in the confirmation email how to proceed once I arrived. I.e where to park, what number to call what I need for staff to pull my order etc.
I had to park, walk in and ask someone at the service desk. Then drive around the back, scan a code, call a number (the kid got mad at me like I made him work there) Wait.
Then he put my air conditioner in my car on its side. It says in GIANT, YELLOW, LETTERS “do not tip on side” on every side of the box.
Awesome.
If you hate yourself, this is hardware store for you!

I delivered 5 skids of siding here today 06/19 my load shifted and I could not open my conestoga trailer as the skid was lodged against the tarp your associate Cole was great to work with while we hand bombed 2.5 skids roughly 30-40 boxes of siding in 85-90 deg F.
Just want to say thank you to Cole and highlight his great attitude even in a less than optimal situation.

I was at Menards in Milwaukee by the brewers stadium it sucks went to go ask for assistance to help i waited for 30 minutes and nobody came people driving all around with forklifts so I had to load
