Been trying for months to get my problem takin care of. Upgraded my phone but keep getting charge for the old phone been back to the store multiple times the manager keeps telling me he’ll take care of it but it’s still on there the support people say they don’t see a return device on my account. I can’t get the district manger info the manger credit my account for the payment do but I want to know how to get that phone off my account if anyone have any advice please share

Alexa at this location was wonderful!! I had some issues that she patiently helped out with that also required her to be on the phone with customer service for over an hour. The only reason I rated 4 stars is due to another employee I encountered earlier in the day who could not be bothered to help me. I appreciated the "above and beyond" mentality that Alexa took to help me out.

We were sold new phones paid $227 and our first bill is $344 when we were told it was supposed to be half that price. we called and were told point blank that it wasn’t going to change. Beware of their “promotions”. Read the fine print because the people working there only want their commission check and don’t give you all the information. when you call the call center, the supervisor, Sarah from the Oklahoma call center, will speak to you sarcastically and give you options that will only increase your phone bill. Seriously people, be aware of t-mobile and there tricks, I mean “promotions”. If you’re incapable of reading the fine print and go somewhere else, they’ll ruin your credit. Because we can’t even return the phones. They only give you 14 days to return phones; seems pretty convenient when you consider we didn’t find out we were being shafted until we received our bill until 30 days later. Go prepay. Oh and they lied about that as well. Only the line is prepaid, but if you’re stuck with the phone you can’t return for 2 years, how is that not a plan? I was under the impression that we could cancel at any time because those were the words used when I asked. They play semantics people because they try to tell you yea you can cancel the LINE but you have to pay for the phone. So you’re stuck for 2 years anyway. Hook, line and sinker. Hopefully I’ve helped just one person not get taken advantage of by this review.

I was at the store on 1138 Parkway . A lady name Alexa did out standing job of helping my phone. She was patient courtesy knowledge on about the phone in every aspect of the phone. She woke on my phone about 45 minutes didn't get upset with me no .I was being upset about the timing. She still treated me with respect and compassion to get my phone right. Kudos to her . She very much deserves its..

So it is a Friday I have been sitting her for 40 minutes they ha e a a sign on the door that says went on break be back at 5:40 pm . It is 6:05 pm and people have been waiting and left. Not good at all

My sister needed a new phone & plan. I recommended that we go to this location/store (on Brewers Blvd) because I always get EXCELLENT service here. Today’s visit was no exception. Emilia was extremely helpful, professional, & competent. Great personality, too. She made the switch from my sister’s previous network & phone easy. Thank you Emilia!

I had a great time with Jimmie and Demetrius when I went to this store to switch my lines over. Our interaction felt personal and sincere and I left with new phones and a smaller bill than I had with my last service.

I went in to get four business lines and everyone in store was very helpful. Loving the service and a good friendly environment
